Welcome to DemoFabula, a subscription-based software application owned and operated by Ternstone Digital Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). DemoFabula provides a web application and a Google Chrome extension (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans: Access to the Service requires a valid subscription. Subscription details, including pricing, are available on our website.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to DemoFabula are non-refundable, including cases of partial use or account termination before the end of a billing cycle.
Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period, and no prorated refunds will be provided.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate and up to date.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in any way that may damage or interfere with the Service.
You must keep your login credentials secure and confidential. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks associated with the Service remain the property of Ternstone Digital Limited.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Service.
Users must not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DemoFabula and Ternstone Digital Limited, along with their officers, directors, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
